You’ve been holding it together for everyone else until something cracked. The anxiety? It’s real. But it’s not the root. You may feel disconnected from who you used to be, unsure how to return to yourself. That’s where we start.
I work with adults navigating complex trauma, high-functioning anxiety, identity loss, and life transitions, especially females who’ve poured so much into others that they’ve lost touch with themselves, and young people just starting to figure out who they are and in need of coping skills and somatic connection for processing feelings. My practice also supports neurodivergent clients, the LGBTQ+ community, and those healing early attachment wounds.
Clients often arrive saying they “just need to manage anxiety.” But what we usually uncover is deeper: chronic self-doubt, unmet childhood needs, somatic disconnection, or the quiet grief of never having felt fully safe. Therapy with me isn’t surface-level symptom chasing. It’s slow, deep, and relational work, guided by curiosity, safety, and a commitment to helping you reconnect to your true self.
I draw on evidence-based treatments, alongside deep attunement and lived empathy. My own healing journey informs how I hold space: with warmth, insight, and zero judgment. Clients say they feel seen and invited, and often hear a perspective they’ve never considered before
