Hi! I'm Meghan Rogers and I'm looking for a therapist to join the team at You Matter • Counseling & Connection, a small private practice dedicated to caring for our clients.

• Flexible, easy work schedule

• Up to six weeks off a year

• Only 20 sessions a week, although you're welcome to take on as many as you'd like for additional income

• Set your own hours

 

Make the money you deserve

• 60/40 split for LCPC's and LCSW's; 55/45 for LPC's & LSW's; 50/50 for pre-licensed counselors
• Split is not dependent on having a full caseload
• We have enough clients coming in that we can fill your caseload with high-paying BCBS clients
• Opportunity to start groups if you'd like and make as much as $144 each session with little or no prep time

 

Lots of help growing your caseload

• We have clients asking to start with us all the time
• Recently hired a Marketing Assistant to revamp the website, provide outreach, and create social media campaigns
• Generous monthly marketing budget
• Professional headshots

 

W2 position 

• Less for you to worry about
• Lower taxes versus a 1099

• A week of paid time off a year ($20/hr X 40 hrs = $800)
